Cluster Head Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve cluster-level business objectives in line with company goals.
• Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to drive growth.
• Oversee the setup of new branches in the North region/ South, ensuring smooth integration and operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends to ensure branches are aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and optimize branch performance to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and industry regulations across all branches.
• Take ownership of processes for newly established branches, ensuring seamless operations.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers to achieve team and individual goals.
• Drive initiatives for customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction across all branches.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement localized campaigns and business development activities.
• Develop and implement action plans to address challenges and optimize performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, educational partners, and key stakeholders.
