YES BANK - Program Manager - Ariba (10-14 yrs)

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :

- Preferably have worked on large SAP Ariba / ERP implementations.

- Has 10+ years of relevant working experience in Project Management / Solution Architect in ERP solution

- Good communication skills - Verbal as well as written-

- Working knowledge of large scale integration projects or SAP Ariba P2P(Downstream) with knowledge of other modules like Upstream / CIG and ERPs like SAP / Oracle.

- Knowledge on data related tasks and the files

- Candidate who has already worked on data migration will be of advantage

- Self-driven and motivated candidate with eye for detail

- Experience in managing both Ariba On-Premises and cloud application

- Implemented Cloud solutions (S2P, P2P / P2O)

- Requirement gathering and technical/design workshops sessions to cater the business need.

- Hold Good experience of business process analysis and designing the business processes in SAP Ariba / ERP for different industrial sectors

- Conducting Ariba system demos showing the Ariba features

- Performed various technical integration between Ariba solution and ERP system(s), specially Oracle

- Expertise in building the inbound and outbound Integration between Ariba and ERP system

using CIG, ITK, PI and OICS middleware.

- Evaluate the Technical integrations between Ariba and 3rd Party system and provide the best solution and drive the implementation.

- Sound Knowledge of working concept and technical aspect of APIs, SOAP, REST, XML and HTTPS

- Effective communicator, proactive planner with strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities

- Quick learner with an ability to scale up and flexible on work timings

- Assertive and solution oriented with an ability to meet strict timelines and adhere to

processes

- Basic understanding of network, communication & security systems like firewalls, encryption systems, including certificate systems

- Ability to maximize the utilization of technologies deployed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Monitor project status while in development and provide required assistance to developers and report to relevant stakeholders on the status of the project

- Manage/Update/Raise red-flags based on changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope and oversee all aspects of project delivery.

- The project lead will be responsible to monitor and summarize progress of project, coordinate with internal teams for Project delivery and keep senior management updated regarding status of project

- Liaison with business team and IT partner to maximize benefits from SAP/ERP.

- Ensure project implemented recently have given appropriate ROI.

- If not identify gaps and resolve them with IT partner.

- Identify process improvement areas and achieve them.

- Bridge understanding issues between business and IT partner.

- Perform administrative duties related to the project minute taking, meeting scheduling, master data management

- Support staff administration

- Tracking status of program deliverables and milestones; supporting the adoption of the project life-cycle and deliverables; program level risk and issue coordination & monitoring the status of projects.

- Defining and updating the project management processes, standards and governance, contributing to Quality Reviews, and coordinating activities in support of quality objectives.

- Involves tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, support and knowledge management/learning from experience.
