Lead SAP Ariba Deployment Consultant - E2E Implementation (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of SAP Ariba Procurement solutions, including sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and supplier management.

- Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

- Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective SAP Ariba configurations.

- Design and configure SAP Ariba modules to optimize procurement processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings.

- Develop and document detailed configuration specifications and test cases.

- Oversee the migration of master data (suppliers, materials, contracts) and transactional data into SAP Ariba.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP Ariba with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and finance systems.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

- Identify and resolve defects and issues to ensure a high-quality implementation.

- Develop and deliver effective training programs for end-users, including training materials, documentation, and hands-on training sessions.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption of SAP Ariba.

- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and performing system enhancements.

- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation and support, with a strong focus on procurement modules.

- Deep understanding of procurement processes, including sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and supplier management.

- Proven experience in leading and managing complex IT projects.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba modules.

- Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques.

- Experience in developing and delivering training programs.

- Strong understanding of industry best practices and standards.

- Certification in SAP Ariba is preferred
