SAP FICO Consultant (8-10 yrs)

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain SAP Cash Management modules, including bank accounts, payment methods, and payment orders.

- Implement and manage in-house cash processes, including cash pooling, forecasting, and optimization.

- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bank reconciliations.

- Monitor bank balances and cash positions.

- Manage bank communication and reporting.

- Configure and maintain SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

- Analyze and resolve complex financial issues.

- Assist in the implementation and upgrade of SAP FICO systems.

- Provide technical support to end-users.

- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash and banking processes.

- Implement best practices and industry standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows.

- Participate in SAP projects, including requirements gathering, system design, testing, and implementation.

- Manage project timelines and deliverables.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a strong focus on Cash and Banking modules.

- Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ECC.

- Strong technical skills, including configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in implementing and supporting SAP Cash Management solutions.

- Knowledge of international banking and payment practices.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management.

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e., ABAP).

- Certification in SAP FICO or related modules
