Program Manager - Asset Cross Sell - Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for driving & generating business through existing ADM branches in close interaction & engagements with Branch Program/Channel managers.
• Daily review the leads and business along with all asset product managers & branch channel managers to provide detailed report on the business progress.
• Liasoning with various Asset product teams providing key enablers (Propensity data, new product offerings etc.) to the field team for Asset business generation.
• Ensuring optimum lead management by conducting channel/product level lead reviews and ensuring best in class Lead to conversion ratio.
• Training the Branch Banking team through E learning platform in phase manner on Asset products on regular basis and ensure Asset certification for all relationship/Key roles. This will include
• Training to entire staff on product features through E learning platform.
• Preparing basic sales pitch script for every product.
• Prepare and review the Asset product training manuals with help of product teams on basic product features.
• Consistently provide opportunities for Lead Growth of all asset products by mining the existing liabilities base through PA, PQ & BT Offers.
• Design and roll out various business campaign in close coordination with Asset product managers and branch program managers for overall lead growth.
• Engaging with program teams for increasing the overall product penetration per customer across all BUs.
• Conducting knowledge/marketing events with Associations/Industry bodies in the ADM branch catchment in close coordination with branch channel teams.
• Work proactively & closely with sales team of branch for profiling the Asset leads at the pre stages itself through digital tools like Yes Robot.
• Closely coordinate with MCC Team & provide all marketing & promotional material required by the branch to drive Asset penetration in identified markets & opportunities.
• Design various MIS tools & Publishing regular dashboards on the business performance and conduct reviews for business generations at the Branches.
• Maintaining Asset Desk visibility in branch w.r.t collaterals, merchandising etc.
