- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Lead to join our team.
- In this remote, global role, you will design cutting-edge Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement programs, lead impactful onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive productivity and success across global teams.
- You will innovate sales processes using the latest tools and technologies, ensuring that our sales teams are equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities:
Design GTM Enablement Programs:
- Create innovative GTM enablement programs and engaging training sessions to drive sales performance.
Onboarding and Continuous Learning:
- Lead impactful onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for global sales teams, ensuring continuous development and alignment.
Sales Process Innovation:
- Integrate the latest tools and technologies to streamline and enhance sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop cohesive and effective strategies.
Event and Workshop Management:
- Organize and execute high-energy enablement events, workshops, and kickoffs that engage and inspire sales teams.
Who We're Looking For
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, particularly within a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of success in a global start-up environment.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales tech stacks.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills with a flair for making learning exciting and engaging.
- Passionate about empowering teams and driving productivity.
- Ability to design and deliver dynamic training programs that have measurable impact.
Location and Flexibility: This is a remote global role, offering the flexibility to work US Pacific hours for 3 days a week.
