Role & responsibilities :
- Feasibility study & agreement with Engg / R&D
- In-depth Knowledge of Development Process & 4M Validation
- Development Process Improvement
- Knowledge of Process design & Tool design.
- Proto part development / Proto Cost evaluation.
- ZBC of Metal Parts- Terminal, Busbar & Fasteners
- Generating Cost reduction ideas & meeting annual cost reduction ideas
- Knowledge of RM price ,market trend & Indexing
- RFQ management
- Process innovation
- Overall schedule control of project.
- Co-ordination with other departments
- Report to management for Overall department activity /progress- Weekly & Monthly.
- Supplier management & Improvement
- Initial supply management till handover of project.
- Team Handling min- 5~6 Person
Preferred candidate profile :
BE/B. Tech qualified Candidate- Mechanical Specialization
Desired: BTech Mechanical, Experience in Metal Commodity
Desired Candidate Location: Pune
Location: This position will be based in Yazaki Head Office (Bund Garden Road, Pune)
