Lead / Manager / Sr. Manager Sourcing (EV Components)

Role & responsibilities

1. Should have Core Electronics and Electrical knowledge on New Part development India and Global.

2. Handson experience to deal with Electronics Commodity Like PCB Assy, Wire Assy, Chargers, Controllers, Sensor , Contactors etc.

3. New Supplier identification and Assessment based Quality, Cost and Delivery with Process knowledge on Electronics assy.

4. Should work on NPD processes right from Design Alpha Phase to SOP Phase within stipulated time within the On-Time completion of the Projects at Right cost.

5. Should work on the required tooling need within the different phase of the Development as per the customer need like as Tools, Fixtures,EOL kits etc.

6. Supplier Development right from the scratch till the SOP requirement through manufacturing and Quality processes.

7. Knowledge on EV Automotive Quality Processes .

8. Should have Core methodology on Should Cost Analysis, Cost Management, BOM Cost for Electrical and Electronics Assy/Parts with benchmarking.

9. Should participate in cross functional NPD team activities.

10. Proactive Supply risk management in the new product development process.

11. Frequent visit and Travel to Supplier to meet the project timeline.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors Degree Engineering of Electrical & Electronics

- Min 5+ Years of Experience in Electronics Industry or EV Automotive Industry

- Strong knowledge with best in communication skills. Tooling sourcing experience with expertise in advanced manufacturing processes.

• Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in cost control strategies, especially ZBC.
