Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales team (Fresher to ASM)to join our dairy industry under HORECA B2B sales team.
The team will support in sales and marketing division of the the Company.

Role & responsibilities
Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the cheese product.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities, providing insights to inform sales tactics.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
Promotional Campaigns: Support the execution of marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive product sales.
Product Expertise: Stay updated on product offerings, industry developments, and competitive products to effectively engage with customers and the sales team.
Customer Feedback Collection : Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify potential areas for product improvement and inform future product development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product availability, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
Sales Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of dairy food products and improve selling techniques.
Budget Management: Assist in managing budgets related to sales activities, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve financial targets.
Networking and Relationship Building: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance brand visibility in the dairy sector.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience candidate required for ASM position for western and southern region of India.
Fresher are welcome for executive role under sales for Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore.
