Roles and Responsibilities

Proven work experience as a Training Management with Soft-Skill Content and Training Delivery experience

Good working experience on LMS/LXP platforms, Authoring Tools or online e-learning tools & Operations will be appreciated

Preferred Industry IT/ITES sector.

Preferred candidate profile

Understand the Learning and Growth needs of employees/organizations for the short & long term.

Conduct Training needs identification and Training Need Analysis.

Evaluate future training needs through job analysis, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with managers and Head of Departments.

Create and execute a Training Calendar annually / monthly across the organization.

Content design, development, and delivery for employees across locations.

Work with design teams for branding training communications

Work with stakeholders to customize training content as per requirement.

Liaison with external trainers for specialized training.

Please make sure to maintain training-related data and audit documents.

Plan & publish yearly training calendar and implement the same.

Evaluate training programs' effectiveness and ROI periodically.

Spearheading a desire to move to a learning culture amongst our teams.

Understanding e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.

Manage both behavioural and functional trainers and ensure their ongoing development.

Development of existing Managers and their knowledge of future leadership modules.

Amending and revising programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and operational standards.

Prepare and publish Training Reports & attend Audits periodically for 100% compliance
