The ideal candidate is a coding powerhouse, capable of delivering and managing 100 SQL scripts simultaneously while ensuring performance, scalability, and accuracy. This role combines advanced technical expertise with hands-on coding, driving mission-critical database initiatives and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume SQL Coding:
  • Write, debug, and optimize 100+ SQL scripts simultaneously to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop, test, and implement stored procedures, triggers, and complex queries for various use cases.
  • Ensure that all code meets performance and quality standards, with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency.

• Database Design and Development:
  • Lead the design and implementation of database architectures to support large-scale applications.
  • Create and maintain robust data models, schemas, and indexing strategies to improve system performance.
  • Perform advanced data manipulation, transformation, and reporting tasks.

• Performance Optimization:
  • Continuously analyze and improve database query performance and system response times.
  • Implement indexing, partitioning, and other strategies to optimize data retrieval and storage.

• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct rigorous testing of SQL code to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Automate validation and quality checks for large-scale script executions.

• Collaboration and Leadership:
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to define and execute database requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and SQL analysts.
  • Drive best practices for SQL development and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for SQL scripts, processes, and database systems.
  • Generate reports on database performance, code efficiency, and project milestones.
