Work model - Hybrid

• Time sheet management and Time Off.
• Hands on configuration and expertise in the areas of Position Management, Foundational Objects, MDF, Workflows, pick list management, RBP, Time off, data models and Ad hoc Reports in Employee Central
• Time Management Objects: Create and configure time management objects such as Holiday, Holiday Calendar, Work Schedule, Time Type, and Time Profile within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
• roven experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules, with a focus on implementation, configuration, and management of time management objects, accrual rules, timesheet, time valuation, and time off calendar jobs.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including gathering and analyzing business requirements, data input, system configuration, and user support.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and configuring time management objects such as Holiday, Holiday Calendar, Work Schedule, Time Type, and Time Profile within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong background in working with accrual rules, calculation, and recalculation processes to manage employee accruals and leave balances effectively within the Employee Central module.
• Experience in configuring Timesheet module and time valuation processes within the SAP SuccessFactors system.
• Experience in managing time off calendar jobs to ensure accurate and timely processing of time off requests and related calendar activities.
• Desired experience in Benefit module, if not knowledge should be there
