Around 8-10 years of overall Experience and 4-5 years of ESG Activities implementation

Knowledge of IT/ GCC Industry

Good Understanding of ESG Landscape within IT sector in India

Proficient in MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel

Hard-Working, Positive Attitude, Inner Drive to Excel

• ESG Mid-Term Plan Preparation as per YMC ESG policy and guidelines and International Standards
• Sustainability and ESG agenda, objectives, goals and programmes basis the guidelines from YMC Global Sustainability Group and International Standards such as GRI, GHG and including but not limited to Energy Management/ Efficiency, Carbon and Water footprint reduction etc
• Preparation of 2025 Plan for Environment Management as per Yamaha Motor Group Environmental Plan 2050 including Initiatives for Climate Change, Resources Recycling, Bio-diversity etc.
• Overall Environmental management, Risk Liabilities assessment and Environmental, Health Safety due diligence
• Strengthen Environmental Governance through Global Environmental ISO 14001 Single Certification
• Ensure adherence to Environmental laws and Compliances including e-waste, battery waste, and plastic waste compliances other applicable compliances and maintain records
• Liaising with authorities and industry groups on environmental regulations
• CSR Mid-Term Plan preparation as per YMC CSR philosophy Schedule VII of CSR Policy (Companys Act 2013), contributing to Local Communities
• CSR Budget Projects Planning, Vendor Onboarding process
• Co-ordination with Service providers for Implementation of CSR Projects on-ground
• CSR Projects monitoring, Social Audits Impact Assessment and Preparation of Reports for Management Review
• Co-ordination Preparing presentation for the Quarterly CSR Committee Review meeting
• Co-ordination with Finance for Compliance reporting of CSR Activities
• Strengthen Social Framework as per YMC guidelines focusing on Local Communities, Human Rights, Nurturing Employees, Diversity, Occupational Health Safety, Supply Chain
• Strengthen Governance Framework aligned with YMC policies including Corporate Governance, Risk Business Continuity Management, Compliance, Code of Ethics
• Periodic Management reporting about the companies ESG performance including to YMC Sustainability Group
• Providing cross-team trainings to spread awareness around ESG in the organization
• Third Party ESG Evaluations and International Sustainability Standards including GRI, GHG and Certifications
