Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Sr. Executive HR Ops & Payroll to join our team in Faridabad, India.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the HR department, including payroll processing, employee onboarding and Exit, leave management, Mediclaims, Employee Welfare and attendance tracking
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures in compliance with company guidelines and applicable laws
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and benefits to employees
- Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payroll-related activities and reconciliations
- Address employee queries and concerns related to HR operations and payroll
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and organizational objectives
- Generate and analyze HR and payroll reports for management review and decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations and payroll management
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS and payroll software, with the ability to use technology for efficient HR and payroll processes
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive HR and payroll information

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including calculations, deductions, and timely disbursement of salaries for employees of Yamaha Motor Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
2. Manage the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and other relevant HR information.
3. Handle employee inquiries and requests related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies, Mediclaims, Employee Welfare and provide timely and accurate resolution.
4. Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with statutory requirements for payroll and HR operations.
5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, including documentation and payroll-related tasks.
6. Assist in the preparation and filing of various government reports and forms related to payroll and HR operations.
7. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
8. Conduct periodic audits and analysis of payroll data to identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
9. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll-related accounts and expenses.
10. Support in conducting training and workshops for employees on HR and payroll-related topics to enhance their understanding and compliance with company policies.
