Corporate Strategy/ Planning - Manager

Looking for a Manager-Strategy in an upcoming GCC. The candidate should have 9-10 years of similar experience with good knowledge of analytical frameworks and sound understanding of IT Market Trends perferably in a GCC environment. The candidate must have an eye for details and ability to rapidly assimilate data from complex information sources. The candidate must be Hard working with a Positive Attitude and an Inner Drive to Excel.

• Business Analysis including Macro-Economic, GCC, Competition, SWOT analysis and data driven analysis to support executive decision-making
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements impacting the GCC
• Strengthen Business Operational Performance Review process including standardization of templates, dashboards etc.
• Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support the GCC s strategic objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial performance against targets, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
• Conduct Group IT Spend analysis
• Support implementation of initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness
• Support Implementation of the best practices and continuous improvement methodologies across the GCC
• Review and improve organizational structures and processes to optimize performance
• Program Management - Support implementation Progress monitoring of Strategic programs within YMSLI including data collection analysis, KPIs based progress monitoring, Periodic report preparation
• Support Track the Implementation of YMC/ YMI-G Group Initiatives such as Group Policies/ Rules implementation, Surveys, data requirements for various matters
