Job Role: Corporate Strategy
Key responsibilities:
Corporate Strategy Support:
Review, manage, and analyze existing business plans and strategies to provide advice to the businesss leadership, ensuring alignment with L&T s overall strategy
Growth strategy options for the businesses by analyzing global trends, competitor analysis and market research
Identify new business opportunities and evaluate the strategic fit with L&T
Have understanding of evolving Technology / Digital landscape, and implications / opportunities from this for L&T group businesses
Be open to working across various industry sectors spanning across Energy, Technology, Infra
Provide key reports to the Senior Leadership on global macros, sector updates and future outlook, M&A updates, industrial & global trends
Analyze financial database and familiarity with financial modelling
EA Support:
Provide day-to-day support to the Head of Corporate Strategy (including oversight for Sustainability, CSR, CBMC, Corporate IT) for the following:
Maintaining action points/ to-do list across all functional areas
Serve as a point of contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, and consultants.
Coordinate with EAs across other ICs/business and functions
Prepare draft responses and concept notes as required.
Support the Head of Strategy in preparation of presentations, and reports for internal and external engagements such as board committee meetings, delegation visits, CEO interactions etc.
Conduct research, analysis and gather data to prepare briefs for internal and external meetings
Maintain tracker of activities for assignments over extended time periods, with stringent deadlines and involvement of various people from multiple teams.
The department facilitates the development of Group-wide 5 year Lakshya Strategic plans, working with the leadership to set directional priorities and synthesizing key strategic imperatives.
Educational Qualification: B.E+MBA(Premier Institutes)
Experience: 2 to 5 years
