Powerhouse Engineer

Job Description
- Collaborate with project team to review and finalize the technical specifications of the powerhouse.
- Oversee the entire construction process, from excavation and foundation laying to structural assembly and equipment installation
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the approved designs, technical specifications, and engineering best practices.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports, permits, and documentation to regulatory. Provide engineering support to modify construction methods as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
- Create and update project schedules to ensure milestones are met on time.
- Perform inspections and tests to verify that all systems are installed correctly and function as expected.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover and start-up process.
- Implement safety & quality protocols and ensure all personnel follow site safety guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
- Address any issues that arise during construction, working to minimize delays.
