Dhani - PL-SQL Developer - Database Tools (5-8 yrs)

Position : Senior Software Engineer

Experience Required : 5+ Years

Location : Gurgaon

Technology : Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL/PLSQL/Incident Management Tool/HTML and JAVA

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain PostgreSQL and Oracle database applications using PL/SQL.

- Implement and manage stored procedures, functions, and triggers for robust database applications.

- Design and develop database schemas to meet business requirements.

- Optimize database performance by tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL code for efficiency and scalability.

- Create and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of PL/SQL code.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PL/SQL applications to maintain seamless operations.

- Utilize PostgreSQL and Oracles support for JSON to handle modern data formats.

- Parse XML data efficiently and integrate it into Oracle databases using PL/SQL.

- Facilitate mail communication using PostgreSQL and Oracle PL/SQL.

- Possess knowledge of Oracle Forms 12c and Oracle Reports 12c.

- Have experience in the installation and configuration of Oracle 12c Application Server.

- Understand basic HTML and JAVA for minor frontend interaction and integration tasks.

- Be familiar with Indian stock market and depository domains (added advantage).

Required Qualifications :

- A Bachelors degree in software engineering, computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5+ years in PL/SQL development and database application management.
