About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our business processes and technology with organizational needs using Odoo systems. Your expertise will contribute to the analysis, design, and implementation of efficient and value-driven solutions tailored to our operational landscape in the construction equipment rental industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business workflows, document requirements, and define objectives for Odoo implementation.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps, and propose enhancements to improve efficiency using Odoo solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to ensure tailored Odoo solutions meet requirements.
• Assist in managing Odoo-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget control.
• Lead testing efforts, validate Odoo functionality, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Deliver user training and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of Odoo solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process workflows, user manuals, and training materials.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with exposure to Odoo systems.
• Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Certification in Odoo systems like Odoo, Zoho, or similar platforms is a plus.
