Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hunting riders / delivery boys & onboarding in the assigned cluster.
- Manage end to end sourcing, onboarding for First Mile, Middle Mile and Last Mile blue collar workforce Pan India
- Ensure the target are achieved in TAT.
- Should have a good Vendor Network Online & Offline – to generate leads across the country
- Need to align for regular refresher training in coordination with Training Team.
- Contingent situation handling – Shipment Loss, COD issue, Uninformed leaves, etc.
