Key Responsibilities:
- Own Global Leadership Hiring: Manage digital operations leadership recruitment (AVP level and above) for finance and accounting operations, primarily in India and select global markets.
- Talent Strategy & Stakeholder Management: Partner with divisional COOs and HR leaders to define and implement executive hiring strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent goals.
- Operational Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of 6, including 1 Director, ensuring execution excellence in all recruitment activities.
- Hands-on Execution: Engage directly in recruitment activities, collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure swift and effective hiring processes.
- Change Management & Advisory: Provide consulting support to hiring managers in adapting to our evolving company culture, guiding best practices for successful hiring outcomes.
- Global Collaboration: As a member of the global leadership team, work with colleagues across continents to synchronize talent strategies.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Executive Hiring: Demonstrated experience in recruiting leadership positions (AVP and above) for professional services organizations, ideally within finance and accounting outsourcing (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant).
- Stakeholder Influence & Communication: Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders verbally and in writing, with a strong understanding of navigating corporate structures and politics.
- Outcome-Oriented & Hands-On: Committed to achieving results and willing to dive into day-to- day hiring processes, taking proactive steps to address recruitment challenges.
- Background in Change Management: Familiarity with leading organizational change and providing consultative support to hiring managers, especially in fast-evolving environments.
- Global Perspective: While international experience is not required, a familiarity with India's recruitment market and an appreciation for global dynamics in executive talent acquisition is ideal.
