Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports organizational growth.
- Analyze workforce trends and labor market conditions to inform recruiting strategies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the recruiting team.
Recruitment Process Management:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure the use of best practices and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
Employer Branding:
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance the company's employer brand and presence on social media and job platforms.
- Create engaging content and campaigns to showcase company culture and values.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruiting plans.
- Work with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize analytics and metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership on recruitment trends and performance.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
