Vice President - Investment Peformance & Reporting - GCC - Alternative Fund House (12-22 yrs)

THE GCC of a global Alternative Fund House is hiring the Head of Performance & Reporting for APAC. The Reporting & Performance (R&P) department delivers cutting-edge, technology-driven analysis and reporting for investors and internal stakeholders. This role focuses on investment performance reporting, particularly in credit instruments and markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data excellence.

This role focuses on delivering accurate investment performance metrics, streamlining reporting processes, and leading a high-performing team to support global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting & Analysis: Develop systems and produce accurate, timely dashboards and bespoke analyses for investors, portfolio managers, and stakeholders.

- Technology Enablement: Use tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI to automate processes, manage data, and create insights-driven reports.

- Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data solutions, improve efficiency, and adapt reporting to meet evolving investor and industry needs.

- Data Validation: Ensure investment data accuracy by working with operations, accounting, and data teams to establish robust controls.

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage the APAC Investment Performance team, ensuring scalable and high-quality deliverables.
