Vice President - Operations - GCC US Healthcare (18-22 yrs)

Role & responsibilities:

- Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to the India and Regional operations teams.

- Operations Management: Oversee entire spectrum of activities medical billing, claims processing, customer service, medical coding, and payer administrative services and identify more opportunities to expand base in the region.

- Maintaining high service level agreements (SLAs), and a focus on continuous process improvement.

- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and stakeholders.

- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals across multiple locations in India and the region.

- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with US healthcare regulations and manage risk.

- Technology and Infrastructure: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of technology infrastructure.
