- Ensuring daily fileloads in CRM have been processed and loaded

- Create advanced onlinetechnical content including Knowledge Base articles, training documents, blogs

- Provides BU Directorsand First Line Managers with regular updates about Sales Force Effectivenessresults vs

- Provide front-linebusiness process support across the client lifecycle leveraging best practicesand facilitating enhanced business metrics
