Assistant Sales Manager
- We are looking for highly energetic individuals with a passion for sales and early success.
Responsibilities:
- Engage quality agents/advisors to build your team.
- Assist your team with lead generation, prospecting, and business development through local client or field visits.
- Ensure that agents/advisors offer the appropriate financial solutions to customers.
- Comply with established business processes and standards.
- Achieve the business target each month for generating new business & team building advisor recruitment.
Sales Experience:
- Comfortable or experienced in client or field visits (local).
- PF, Gratuity, LTC, Field Allowance Insurance + Other Benefits.
Training Sessions:
- Two promotion opportunities within a year (3rd & 12th month).
- Lucrative incentives aligned with individual and team success.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Set clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Resolve team conflicts and address performance issues effectively.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed targets.
Sales Performance & Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Monitor team performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities.
- Forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing) to align sales efforts.
