Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Experience: 5-9 Years

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to gather valuable insights for informed design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create low to high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Developers to integrate design solutions seamlessly into the agile development process.
• UI Design: Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and offer a consistent user experience. Strong knowledge of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout, is required.
• Design Systems: Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Plan and conduct usability testing to refine designs and meet usability goals.
• Agile Methodology: Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively in an agile environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-9 years as a UI/UX Designer with a proven track record of delivering user-centric designs.
• Tools: Proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
• Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience in B2B applications, especially in the banking and finance domain, is an added advantage.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
