Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Bachelors degree required in Business or Marketing
• 6 - 8 years marketing experience, preferably business-to-business (B2B)
• Experience with inbound marketing, content marketing, social media, telemarketing, event marketing, webinars, collateral development, etc.
• Savvy in digital marketing (SEO, SEM), social media marketing and virtual events
• Experience with project management, negotiation, and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to interact and build relationships with local sales leadership, cross functional teams and peers
• Independent, self-starter, positive attitude and meticulous
• Demonstrate multi-tasking, strong project management skills and ability to prioritize among multiple projects
• Good verbal and written communication skills and confident in presenting
• Ability to operate in a regional, and globally matrixed environment
• Experience with some marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and campaign and reporting on Salesforce.com
• Occasional traveling is required
• Excellent skills in MS Windows applications needed
• Understanding of the contact center and customer service market space including current trends and competitive dynamics is a plus
