Job Description
This role provides the opportunity to participate and gain experience in the management and monitoring of MSP (managed service provider/outsourced vendor), and demonstrate process improvements to improve PayPal s order lifecycle, supplier maintenance and IT fulfilment areas affecting our global workforce every day.
Your day to day
Day to day responsibilities
- Reporting Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, order accuracy stats, lead time monitoring, and supplier performance metrics.
- Process Optimization Assist in streamlining supply chain processes via approval requirements adherence and data-driven recommendations, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing service levels.
- Supplier Coordination Support supplier risk management functions, such as contract review and assessment completion. Maintain supplier information database detail and contract expirations.
- Process Documentation Document workflows, procedures, and systems to ensure consistency and support future improvements.
- Project Support Assist in supply chain-related projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvements, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
- Inventory Management Assist in monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to balance supply and demand, minimize excess stock, and prevent shortages.
What do you need to bring-
- 1-3 years of experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or operations support role
- Strong proficiency in Ariba is required. Advanced Excel skills is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
