P2P is a global team having presence in India, USA, and Mexico.
You will be part of P2P Services team with a goal to provide a best-in class Services infrastructure which powers the entire P2P offering like Send Money, Request Money, and Contactbook.
As a member of the team, you will directly work with the necessary stakeholders to deliver outstanding solutions and incredible products.

• Managing a world class backend infrastructure powered by REST Services, GraphQL endpoints and Database connectivity
• Facilitating and driving key technology decisions with senior technology stakeholders.
• Attracting, retaining, and building top notch backend engineering talent.
• Bring innovation to the table that helps in improving the resiliency of products you are responsible for, sell your ideas and be part of the change.
• Looking for continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

• 5+ years of experience in managing and growing engineering teams that are responsible for large scale & high-volume websites.
• Experience building and managing highly effective engineering teams, conducting performance reviews, making compensation decisions, and recruiting talent.
• BS/MS in Computer Science with 8+ years of working experience.
• Solid knowledge of Java, REST Services, GraphQL
• Ability to partner with business units, product management, program management and cross-functional teams to deliver business results with agility and high quality.
