Financial Modeling Analyst (5-8 yrs)

- Responsible for the overall achievement of annual targets for the vertical as prescribed by the Board

- Work with management to define the growth and expansion strategy.

- Creating a business plan for board approval of new projects, which entails feasibility (financial modelling), competition analysis, project cost estimates, etc.

- Build a strong network of transaction advisors/consultants/real estate developers to fuel expansion plans.

- Coordinate and attend meetings to streamline development activities.

- Manage/handle key owner relationships, deal negotiations, and closures for new properties.

- Interface with external parties, property owners, including property consultants, real estate companies/developers/owners, etc., to identify deals, conduct due diligence, valuation work, etc.

Requirements:

- MBA or other post-graduate degrees in finance.

- 5+ years of experience in areas such as IPC, private equity, investment banking, management consulting, real estate investment management, or real estate development.

- Expertise in financial modeling/analysis and presentation.

- Experience in real estate valuation and investment management
