Director - Financial Accounting Advisory (12-18 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Financial Accounting Advisory department, managing daily operations and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.

- Oversee financial reporting, budget management, and compliance with accounting standards and client needs.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

- Lead a team of finance professionals, ensuring their performance aligns with client expectations and company goals.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) focused on service delivery, client satisfaction, and team productivity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies with client financial goals.

- Manage client relationships, acting as the point of contact for financial and operational inquiries.

- Drive initiatives to improve internal processes and service delivery models, ensuring the highest standards of accounting and compliance are met.

- Train and mentor staff, ensuring continuous improvement in service performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent is highly preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, with significant exposure to client service delivery in a large accounting firm.

- Proven track record of leading service-oriented teams, focusing on client satisfaction and financial operations.

- Expertise in accounting standards, financial compliance, and service efficiency.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and operations in a fast-paced environment.
