Responsibilities:
- Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends, and analyze causes of variance and costing on a monthly, quarterly, and year-on-year basis.
- Responsible for Corporate Accounting & Financial Reporting, Reinsurance, Revenue Accounting, Regulatory & Management.
- Entrusted with the responsibilities of determining financial objectives, designing and implementing systems, policies, and procedures to facilitate internal financial control, including designing and evaluating Accounting Matrix, SOPs, BIA, BCP, and RCSAs.
- Oversee all financial reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Management reporting functions, directing the entire gamut of financial operations.
- Work closely with relevant teams and take complete ownership of sustainable cost reduction methods, policy formulation, and standardization in line with industry benchmarks.
- Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate business outcomes.
- Monitor competitor activity and strategies to benchmark performance and identify improvement areas.
- Implement significant improvements in the accuracy and timeliness of cash management (payout management for policyholders and vendors).
- Problem Solving:- Independently drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management, pricing, discounts, and working capital with a clear view on path to profitability.
- Facilitate regular business review meetings, present key insights, and provide recommendations for decision-making to ensure effective problem resolution.
- Interaction: Direct discussions with various business teams to align on revenue management strategies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA or CA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in the NGO sector.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit financial management, including fund accounting, grant management, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present financial information to diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a commitment to transparency, integrity, and accountability.
