Job Summary:
A technical recruiter who responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions by identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.
Responsibilities
Communicating with Team Leader to identify open job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
Job posting to relevant media platforms.
Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the Team Leader.
Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.
Maintaining tracker for sourcing profiles, status of the candidate and other activities.
Maintaining data about the Interview schedules, offered candidates, pending joiners current open positions and status of the candidates in MS Excel.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related technical and/or human resources field.
Minimum 1 year of IT recruitment experience.
Minimum 1 year of Malaysia region hiring experience.
Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
