Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates globally for various roles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct in-depth research to identify and understand emerging skills and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain a network of global vendors to support talent acquisition needs.
• Research new skills, market trends, and talent sources.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements.

Skills:

• Strong research skills and interest in learning new trends.
• Need 1+ Years of Experience in Global Hiring for EMEA, APAC Regions.
• Experience in vendor management and talent sourcing.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and global hiring practices.
