Job Description

Xflow is building cross-border payments infrastructure that provides businesses access to global markets, starting with those in India and subsequently other parts of South South East Asia. We are enabling users to accept and payout money globally in a simple, reliable, compliant, transparent and financially compelling manner.

As a Product Marketing Manager at Xflow, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to create and implement effective go-to-market strategies that generate awareness, demand, and sales revenue. Your expertise in understanding customer needs and market trends will be instrumental in positioning our products and driving customer adoption.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, in consultation with the Head of Marketing, quarterly marketing campaign calendar for assigned product line(s).

  • Responsible for execution of the approved marketing calendar.

  • Collect and report data on the efficacy of the different marketing campaigns.

  • Work with partners (visual designer, content writer, etc.) to develop the required collateral.

  • Investigate, evaluate and propose unexplored channels to increase the reach and efficiency of the marketing efforts.

  • Occasionally, represent Xflow at on-ground or digital events - trade shows, conferences, etc.

Prior experience :

  • Current 2-3 years as a full time marketer (not as a sales or pre sales or telesales professional who developed some collateral). Overall professional experience, ideally, up to 5 years.

  • Exposure to social media advertising is necessary; specifically, hands-on experience of having set up, tracked and optimized LinkedIn campaigns.

  • Should/could have worked either for a product principal or an advertising agency.

  • B2B marketing experience is a definite plus.

Skills/Other Requirements

  • Native-level verbal and written English language proficiency.

  • Willingness to regularly, if not daily, work from the Bangalore office.
