We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Xflow scale the organic growth channel. This role will be a part of our GTM team crucial to scale our marketing efforts.
A Day in the Life
Develop and execute strategies to drive website traffic and improve SEO rankings for high-priority keywords
Research and implement SEO best practices to create content that ranks well and attracts organic traffic
Own the creation and management of content for each stage of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) using the 4 levers - long form content (SEO), PR, Social and campaigns
Drive the content team to create compelling content and lead magnets Ideate, plan and execute content, PR and social calendars that make the Xflow brand stand out and memorable in the eyes of our ICPs
Work closely with other teams (e.g. sales, design, product) to ensure consistency in messaging and align content with key buyer personas (ICP).
Assist with the creation of content for other marketing channels, including email communications, user comms, and other collateral.
Responsibilities
SEO Strategy and Execution:
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for high-volume, relevant keywords and track performance to ensure improved rankings.
Create and implement strategies for top-of-the-funnel (TOFU), middle-of-the-funnel (MOFU), and bottom-of-the-funnel (BOFU) content, aligned with the buyers journey.
Regularly monitor and report on SEO KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure ongoing improvement.
Content Development Planning:
Create compelling, SEO-friendly content (e.g., blogs, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, etc.) designed to increase traffic and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that resonates with key buyer personas, crafting narratives that speak to their specific pain points.
Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing and business objectives.
PR Social
Drive a PR social strategy that drive authority and thought-leadership in the international payments space and our focused ICPs
Generate brand buzz and engagement with the goal of driving lasting awareness and recall for the Xflow brand
Lead Generation Conversion:
Work with the content team to create lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, guides, webinars) and other assets to support lead generation efforts.
Develop content that nurtures leads through the buyers journey and drives conversions.
Metrics You ll Own
Website Traffic: Own and track the growth of organic website traffic, ensuring increased visibility and engagement with key target audiences.
SEO Performance: Measure the ranking and performance of targeted SEO keywords and improve the overall health of the website s SEO.
Funnel Effectiveness: Track and optimize the conversion rates for content at each stage of the funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Website sign ups through organic growth channel: Measure and report on the performance of content-driven lead generation efforts, ensuring content is contributing to pipeline growth.
Minimum Qualifications
7-9 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of driving website traffic and improving SEO performance.
Expertise in content creation for various formats, including blogs, case studies, landing pages, and lead magnets.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Experience developing content for different stages of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
Ability to collaborate across teams to create content that aligns with business goals and resonates with target audiences.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content initiatives simultaneously.
A keen understanding of analytics and the ability to measure content performance.
