Requirements and skills:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of professional technical/writing experience.
Preferred (not mandatory) from an IT/SaaS or B2B company.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proficiency in SEO best practices.
Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
