Java Backend Developer - Spring Boot (5-20 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Java Back-end Developer with expertise in Apache Camel, Spring Boot, and RESTful Web Services. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing robust back-end systems using Java, with a focus on integration patterns and frameworks. This is a 6+ months contract-to-hire position, with the flexibility of working between Bengaluru or Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and implement integration solutions using Apache Camel to route and transform messages.

- Build and manage RESTful Web Services to support seamless communication between front-end applications and external systems.

- Ensure high-performance and responsiveness of back-end services, handling large-scale integrations and data flows.

- Collaborate with front-end teams and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of applications.

- Optimize performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and solve complex issues in distributed systems.

- Write clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality.

- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and support.

Required Experience & Technical Stack :

- 5+ years of experience as a Java Back-end Developer.

- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel for integration and messaging patterns.

- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful Web Services.

- Solid understanding of integration patterns and microservices architecture.

Proficiency with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized environments.

Knowledge of messaging queues and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
