We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for B2B sales, technical sales, and client relationship management, eager to drive business growth and make a meaningful impact.


Role Overview

It is about Identifying Opportunities. Convert Prospects. Drive Growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition, building client relationships, and expanding market reach. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term strategic accounts through outbound engagement, meetings, and consultative selling approaches.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation Identify, research, and engage potential clients through strategic prospecting techniques, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Outbound Sales Engagement – Drive lead conversion through:

Cold Calling – Establish connections, introduce XenonStack’s offerings, and set up discovery meetings.

Email Outreach – Create and manage targeted email campaigns to generate interest and nurture leads.

LinkedIn Networking – Utilize LinkedIn for professional engagement, outreach, and lead generation.


  • Lead Nurturing & Relationship Building – Develop long-term relationships with potential clients, understand their business needs, and guide them through the sales cycle.
  • Client Meetings & Presentations – Conduct virtual and in-person meetings, present solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition of XenonStack’s services.
  • B2B & Technical Sales – Leverage technical sales expertise to educate clients on solutions related to Cloud, AI, and Data Analytics, ensuring alignment with their business needs.
  • Account Conversion & Expansion – Successfully convert leads into accounts, ensuring a seamless transition to account management teams and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams – Work closely with internal teams to align strategies, optimize conversion rates, and contribute to marketing campaigns based on market insights.


Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit?


  • Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred, or a strong educational background in Business/Marketing.• Experience: 2-4 years in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales, with a proven track record of lead conversion and revenue generation.• Skills required

✔ Strong experience in technical sales, B2B prospecting, and consultative selling.✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.✔ Ability to identify business opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals effectively.✔ Proactive, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.✔ Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach.✔ Experience using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and lead tracking systems.✔ Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and sales activities efficiently.
