We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. This role is designed for individuals with a passion for B2B sales, technical sales, and client relationship management, eager to drive business growth and make a meaningful impact.
Role Overview
It is about Identifying Opportunities. Convert Prospects. Drive Growth. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business acquisition, building client relationships, and expanding market reach. You will be responsible for prospecting, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term strategic accounts through outbound engagement, meetings, and consultative selling approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling – Establish connections, introduce XenonStack’s offerings, and set up discovery meetings.
Email Outreach – Create and manage targeted email campaigns to generate interest and nurture leads.
LinkedIn Networking – Utilize LinkedIn for professional engagement, outreach, and lead generation.
Requirements
