Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager with expertise in Event Management, Visa Processing for Onsite Opportunities, and Expense Management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations, supporting our team with logistical coordination, and managing expenses related to business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end event planning and execution for both internal and external events.
• Coordinate Visa processing and related paperwork for onsite business travel opportunities for employees and clients.
• Monitor and control expenses related to operations, ensuring budget compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and improve efficiency.
• Implement best practices for vendor and contract management to optimize event and travel-related expenses.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements in all operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Operations Management, specifically in event planning, visa processing, and expense management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Familiarity with visa processing and international travel protocols is highly preferred.
