Job Description:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieverevenue targets for overseas staffing.
- Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and networking toinitiate conversations with potential clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with keydecision-makers, including CTOs, CDOs, VPs, and Directors at prospective clientcompanies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment,operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of staffing and benchsales services to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their uniquerequirements and challenges. Tailor our services to address their specific painpoints and goals.
- Present our services with clarity, focusing on the valuethey bring to the clients operations. Translate technological capabilitiesinto tangible business benefits.
- Collaborate with our technical experts to create customizedproposals that outline the scope, timeline, and deliverables of our services.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensurea win-win outcome for both the client and Xenlogic Technologies.
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipelinestatus, and progress toward revenue goals.
- Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensureseamless communication and alignment between client needs and service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
