Bring business from US/Global consulting firms/service companies mainly in IT contract staffing in software development / consulting / and its related services
Passionate about IT Contract staffing (Staff Augmentation) - Business Development / Lead generation
Have previous / current - experience as any one of the following role: Business Development Manager (or) Accounts Manager (or) Business Relationship Manager
Deep understanding of the US Staffing business processes and experience working with various Tier-1 Vendors, Direct Clients and Implementing Partner.
Share/coordinate requirements with Tier-1 Vendors / Implementing Partner and closing the positions.
Well versed with complete life cycle of recruitment.
Have good communication with existing US clients business managers and should be able to bring business
Business Development & Client Relationship Management with US/Global corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staffing
Visiting / cold calling the US/Global clients to establish business relationships, signing business agreements/contracts
Monitoring market activities and provide relevant market research reports/business forecast and sales cycle as required
Willing to take business challenges/targets/Sales targets
Developing new corporate alliances and maintaining services to the existing clients for long term relationships.
Build pipeline of enterprise clients across target markets through business development and networking activity.
Handle a small team of recruiters, motivate and mentor them.
You will be responsible to add new accounts to the company.
