Mode of hiring : Full - Time

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including custom Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, workflows, process builder flows, and integrations.

- Configure and customize FSL features such as scheduling, dispatching, optimization, mobile workflows, and work orders.

- Develop and maintain integrations between FSL and other systems, using APIs and middleware.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FSL implementations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, particularly in the FSL domain.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
