Minimum Qualifications :

- Post Graduate in any discipline with meaningful domain experience in Management (Marketing/Finance) / Engineering / Economics / Operations Research / Econometrics

- You should have experience in CRM tools and database management.

Prefered Skills :

Good analytical and interpersonal skills, Salesforce Administration experience & development experience for Salesforce Lightening instance, ADM 201 Certified, Knowledge of MS office tools, Knowledge of Salesforce.com & SFDC Cases Object, CRM Fusion, Apex Data Loader, Workbench, Knowledge of Advance Excel.

Skills :

- CRM Tools & Database Management : Proficient in CRM tools and database management, including hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and its associated objects like SFDC Cases.

- Apex Programming : Strong knowledge of Apex programming, including the ability to write custom code for business logic and data management in Salesforce.

- Salesforce Administration : Experience in Salesforce Administration, managing and configuring Salesforce Lightning instances.

Salesforce Development : Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning development, including custom components, workflows, triggers, and integrations.

- Salesforce Certifications : ADM 201 certified, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals and best practices.

- CRM Fusion & Data Management Tools : Familiarity with CRM Fusion for data migration and management tasks, and proficiency in using Apex Data Loader and Workbench for data handling.

- Salesforce Cases Object : In-depth understanding of Salesforce SFDC Cases Object and its applications within Salesforce CRM solutions.

- Analytical & Interpersonal Skills : Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and designing efficient solutions, with effective communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and clients.

- Advanced Excel Skills : Knowledge of advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and managing large data sets.

- MS Office Tools : Competence in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, documentation, and presentations.

Roles & Responsibilities of CRMA Developer :

- CRM Solution Development : Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Salesforce, focusing on customization and automation to streamline business processes.

- Apex Development : Develop and maintain custom Apex code to handle complex business logic, workflows, triggers, and integrations with external systems.

- Salesforce Administration : Manage and configure Salesforce Lightning instances, ensuring that the platform is optimized for business needs and user experience.

- Data Management : Utilize tools like Apex Data Loader and Workbench to manage data migration, transformation, and updates within Salesforce CRM.

- Customization & Configuration : Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements, including working with Salesforce objects such as the SFDC Cases Object.

- Collaboration & Client Interaction: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide ongoing support.

- CRM Tool Integration: Integrate Salesforce CRM with third-party systems or databases to ensure seamless data flow and automation.

- Reporting & Analysis : Use MS Excel and Salesforce reporting tools to analyze data, generate insights, and create reports for business decision-making.

- Training & Support : Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are able to effectively use the platform and its custom features.
