ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module (5-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, with a strong ability to customize and optimize platform capabilities to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Customization :

- Design and develop custom applications and modules using ServiceNow Studio.

- Customize workflows, forms, and UI to meet business requirements.

Platform Implementation :

- Implement and maintain HRSD, ITOM, and ITSM modules.

- Configure and deploy CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems.

Process Optimization :

- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Build and maintain catalog items, service requests, and incident/problem/change management workflows.

Performance Monitoring & Maintenance :

- Conduct health checks and ensure platform stability and performance.

- Manage system upgrades, patching, and data migrations.

Collaboration & Training :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

- Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in HRSD, ITOM (Discovery, Orchestration), and ITSM modules.

- Expertise in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS).

- Proficient in REST/SOAP integrations and API development.

- Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery.

Certifications :

- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).

- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (HRSD/ITOM/ITSM) is a plus.
