Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow App Engine to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and development of the ServiceNow platform while ensuring smooth integrations and process automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflow creation.

- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features.

- Develop and maintain software deliverables following agreed-upon standards and tools.

- Build service requests from customer requirements, including requests, request items, and tasks using workflows.

- Utilize scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality to automate routine tasks.

- Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.

- Work on ServiceNow App Engine and develop custom/scoped applications.

Mandatory Skillset :

- ServiceNow Development experience.

- ServiceNow App Engine experience (mandatory, profiles without this will not be considered).

Preferred Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, UI policies, Business Rules, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Automation.

- Ability to design and develop custom ServiceNow applications.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party integrations, and troubleshooting ServiceNow issues.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
