Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform using ServiceNow's scripting languages (JavaScript, GlideScript).

- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, notifications, and reports.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Document all development activities and maintain clear and concise technical documentation.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.

- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, notifications, and reports.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.

- Experience with ServiceNow REST API.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
