Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on client requirements.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external systems and applications, utilizing RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration methods.

- Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to enhance platform functionality and user experience.

- Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades, patches, and system maintenance activities while ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

- Develop and execute test plans, perform unit testing, and resolve defects to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and support to other team members, including system administrators and junior developers.

- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new functionality to improve existing processes.

Technical Skills Required :

- Expertise in ServiceNow development using ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP), GlideRecord, GlideSysQuery, GlideAggregate, UI Page Composer, ServiceNow UI Builder.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, with experience in writing Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Notifications.

- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other industry-standard protocols.

- Working knowledge of ServiceNow data model and schema management.

- Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.

- Experience with cloud-based deployments of ServiceNow (AWS, Azure, etc.) (a plus).
