Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, cultivate long-term client relationships, and achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a B2B SAAS sales environment and a deep understanding of the SAAS industry and market trends.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate assigned markets and expand existing client accounts.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct in-depth client needs assessments, product demonstrations, and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals and messaging.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Mentor and support junior sales team members, sharing best practices and coaching them to success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven success in a B2B SAAS sales role
  • Willingness to work in-office for 5 days a week
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales-related tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for sales and a competitive spirit.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in cold calling Understanding the Sales metrics and numbers
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to ask open-ended questions and understand the customer s pain points
